Delivery

For shipments outside of the Auckland area, we use a third-party freight company. Therefore the shipping costs have to be calculated individually. Please contact us to receive a quotation for your shipment.

All of our shipping rates are in New Zealand dollars.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 week subject to availability of stock.

We may be unable to ship over-sized, overweight, or other items to rural locations, or in some situations this may incur an additional fee. If this is the case, you will be contacted by our customer services to discuss options for your order.

We are currently only able to deliver within New Zealand.

Please note that delivery times may be affected for orders placed over the pre-Christmas, Christmas and New Year period.
