We deliver throughout New Zealand and aim to make the process as simple as possible.
Delivery Rates
- Free delivery within the Auckland urban area.
- $90 flat-rate delivery to most North Island urban addresses.
- South Island delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location.
If your address is rural or your order requires specialised freight, we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional shipping costs.
Dispatch Times
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 5–7 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll let you know as soon as possible and provide an estimated delivery timeframe.
Delivery Information
Our furniture is delivered fully assembled wherever possible, so you can enjoy it straight away.
Please ensure your furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, stairwells, and lifts before placing your order. If you have any questions about dimensions or access, we're happy to help before you purchase.
Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, including the Christmas and New Year holidays.
